Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have the protective sheet still attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.

✔️ In these cases, we will arrange a replacement for you.


Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size orders, unless all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is in original condition

  2. The product is unopened

  3. The protective sheet is still attached

  • Size exchanges: Bank transfer (either direction) is accepted for any price difference.

  • Full refunds for change of mind must be requested within 7 days of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 3 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
