Warranty Policy – Stainless Steel Products

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our stainless steel products from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal indoor commercial or domestic use.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

Our warranty includes:

  • Structural failure caused by manufacturing defects

  • Wheel / caster failure under normal use

  • Rust on ss304/316 marine-grade stainless steel products when used and maintained correctly

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will replace the faulty part(s) to make the product right.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage caused by normal use

  • Rust caused by lack of maintenance, including but not limited to:

    • Leaving the product outdoors

    • Not cleaning after exposure to salt water or salty environments

  • Rust on galvanised steel parts

  • Structural failure caused by:

    • Loading the product beyond its weight limit

    • Incorrect or improper assembly

  • Any damage or failure resulting from product modification, including:

    • Drilling additional holes

    • Welding

    • Cutting or shortening legs

    • Any other unauthorised alterations

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose

  • Photos or videos may be requested to assess the warranty claim

Important Notes

  • This warranty covers replacement parts only

  • Labour, installation, freight, or removal costs are not included unless agreed in writing

  • We reserve the right to inspect or request return of faulty parts if required

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
