If your location is outside our local delivery areas, please contact us for a freight quote. We can arrange shipping via TNT Express.

Local Delivery - Every Weds & Friday depends on locations.

TNT Delivery - We will provide ETA and tracking within 24hours after payment received.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products are covered by consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the fault.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, and include all the original packaging.

Customer must bring the product(s) back to our warehouse. Shipping will be charged if we collect from your place.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at Info@ezstainless.com.au as soon as possible. Please include clear photos showing the damage to help us assess your claim. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement for the damaged parts or the entire product.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours from when we receive the item(s).

All EZ Stainless products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

To maintain your warranty, all stainless steel products should be cleaned and wiped down regularly using appropriate cleaning methods. Failure to properly maintain the product may affect its appearance and performance.

Our products are designed for indoor commercial kitchen use. Damage or corrosion caused by exposure to outdoor environments, coastal conditions, or other harsh environments is not covered under warranty, except for products manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel, which are specifically designed for improved corrosion resistance.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
