Local Delivery (Our Own Driver)

Most orders are delivered by our local delivery driver.

  • $50 delivery fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $500

Southern Suburbs / Redland Area

  • Delivery within 3 business days

Northern Suburbs

  • Delivery within 5 business days

Gold Coast

  • $70 delivery fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $700

  • Delivery within 5 business days

Sunshine Coast

  • $70 delivery fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $700

  • Delivery within 5 business days

Noosa & Hinterland

  • $90 delivery fee

Ipswich

  • $50 delivery fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $500

Toowoomba

  • $100 delivery fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $1,000

For locations not listed above, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
We can obtain a quote from TNT or other more cost-effective freight providers.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Ship on Pallet (Customer-Arranged Freight)

  • No additional handling or palletising fees

  • Pallet sizes can be provided upon request

  • You may arrange pickup with your preferred freight company

  • Forklift is available on-site, so no tailgate fee will apply at pickup

Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is not included

  • Photos will be taken prior to dispatch

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party freight companies
